At HealthyMove, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


✅ Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Please contact our support team before returning any item. Returns sent back without approval may not be accepted.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Non-refundable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale / clearance items

    • Health & personal care products (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)


🔄 Replacements

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Proof of damage (photo or video) may be required.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.
